(1) The Assembly may delegate some of its powers to the Academic Council, Executive Council or the Vice-Chancellor, as necessary, among the powers conferred upon it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The academic council may delegate some of its powers to the academic council as necessary out of the powers conferred on it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(3) The Executive Council may delegate some of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any officer or committee of the University as required.
(4) The Service Commission may delegate some of its powers to any committee or officer of the University, as required, out of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
